Simple but powerful ideas. A quick read to get some good, common sense advice and two simple tools to help you address anger.
It's so easy to just be angry because society made us, injustice caused it, it's just not fair! I read this book on a bus during my trip in Brazil and I am absolutely glad I found it. Even if you just question am I angry? Or want some understanding with why you are in constant conflict with others. This book is very detailed to help. From physiological aspect to psychological aspect. You won't get bored.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was scholarly, without being pedantic, and approachable without losing authority. The practical applications offered by the author to control, battle, and eliminate anger were concisely presented and laced with personal anecdotes and humor that made the reading pleasurable and the lessons memorable. I highly recommend this book, and being the nerd I am, I highly recommend the footnotes at the back for further reading.

That book is so very helpful and gives very good advices for handling with upcomming anger. I do use that explained techniques now, when such feeling does show up. The techniques are simple explained and easy to learn. And they do work very well. Many tks to the autor to explain in such simple way that kind of feeling. I hope to read more from him in future!
I am a dad of an anger junkie so this topic is of great interest to me. The author provides practical advice on how to effectively deal with anger. The book offers much more than that. You will find out what causes anger, why anger is fulfilling to the junkie, and the harm of anger's close cousins; negative emotions such as frustration, gossip, and sarcasm. I highly recommend this book.
I'm angry that I read this book. My Drs tend to dismiss everything I tell them. This author hits it on the head in the first part of the book. I'm going to take this book to my dry office visit this next week.
